Requirement Gathering & System Design
Conducted stakeholder interviews to understand core use cases—complaint submission, tracking, user authentication, and reporting. Designed a modular system that scales across departments and user roles.Laravel-Based Development
Built the backend using Laravel’s MVC architecture, leveraging built-in features like authentication scaffolding, middleware for role-based access, and Eloquent ORM to structure complaint data models.Secure Login & User Management
